Google My Business has always been a great way to get your businesses name out there. But sometimes options are overlooked. I am going to tell you two great options that help to promote your business.
- Google Messaging – Did you know that you have the option of letting your customer message you from your Google My Business page? That’s right potential customers can text you right on your mobile phone or any device that can receive SMS messages. First off its FREE, you just need a Google My Business page. You can turn it off or on or change the phone number at any time. It also has a space for you to put a welcome message. - Google Video For My Business – In your My Business account you now have the option of posting a video about your business!! What a great way to stand out, not many businesses have uploaded videos yet. You do this through the photos tab on your dashboard. It is supposed to take about 24 hours after you upload a video for it to appear in your listing. They videos are limited to 30 seconds in length.
